The company works in partnership with mobile operators or directly with the end user to deliver structured and personalised one-on-one mentoring and mobile support services. These are designed to get users using their mobile device quickly and effectively, so they avoid frustration and extract the productivity benefits immediately.
Each customer can receive personal mentoring and support in his or her own home or office, or over the phone, delivered by a certified ‘mentor’.

Our Mentors are selected for their people skills and natural technical abilities. After a thorough training program they are certified on selected mobile devices. They develop a high degree of expertise on these devices so that most, if not all technical issues can be resolved during their time with you. If we don’t have the answer, we’ll track it down for you.
