The customer quote above provided the inspiration to establish Mobile Mentor and deliver exactly what the customer had requested, one hour of personal assistance with a high-end mobile device.

Mobile Mentor embarked on its mission in 2004, to build a world-class service business in the mobile industry.  We are into year four of our journey and have strong partnerships with the leading players in the industry and a track record for delivering quality services.

Almost 50,000 customers have experienced a mentoring session across Corporate, Government, SME, SOHO and Consumer Segments. Our face-to-face experience with these customers has enabled us to refine the customer training methodology, develop world-class training materials, and build a technical knowledge base on all the mobile device platforms. Furthermore, our information system, service delivery process and knowledge management system have been built for scale so that we have the capability to mentor over 10,000 customers per month.
