Service Delivery Manager
Mobile Mentor has an immediate requirement for a well-rounded Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to join the team and provide exceptional service to some of our most important clients in Auckland, Waikato and the Bay of Plenty.
As an SDM you will be tasked with retaining and growing a portfolio of enterprise and government accounts, managing projects within your customer base and leading service reviews and reports. The SDM is also expected to anticipate their client’s future requirements, identify appropriate solutions and contribute to the service innovation process.
There will be a moderate travel expectation dependent on customer projects and meetings. Your customers will be spread between the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Auckland therefore it is vital the SDM has the flexibility to travel regularly to meet with clients and channel partners.
You will have solid experience in account/relationship management preferably in the ICT sector. Willingness to work hard, ability to deliver exceptional customer service and having a positive attitude are vital.
Additional experience in SLA management, or project work within the corporate environment will be an advantage.
