Here’s the deal. We’re an energetic and totally unique company that provides Managed Services for mobile technology to enterprises and government in NZ and Australia.  We have offices in Auckland, Christchurch, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide and we’re growing.

As a ‘Mentor’, you’ll enjoy professional development; a friendly working environment and access to the latest mobile technology. You will support customers with everything mobile, set-up, training, support, security, bill analysis, policy advice and recommendations on the best apps and services for business productivity.  Everything you do will be customer-centric and you will work with some fantastic people.

To be successful, you must be customer focused, tech savvy and methodical.  You must have the ability to learn quickly and keep up with the fastest moving industry on the planet.  Your background is likely to include:

  • Help Desk or Service Desk or Retail Management experience
  • Experience with a mobile network operator, ISP or fixed line provider
  • Telco administrator in a corporate or government environment
