You will receive 45 minutes of personalised mentoring session over the phone with a Mentor!

We’ll help you increase the productivity and enjoyment of your mobile and save you time coming to grips with it. You will also receive 12 months of regular tips and tricks to help you get the most from your phone!

During your session, our mentor will address any issues you are facing and cover your choice of up to five of these topics:

Contacts transfer, email set-up, modem connection, synchronization, Bluetooth set-up, navigation, voice dialing, speed dials, music library, roaming/flight mode, browsing and bookmarks.
