This is a corporate mobility solution for 11,000 people distributed through the world, who reply on their mobile devices to access information, serve customers and run an efficient business. 

3rd-Generation Mobile Security Solution

This innovative airline needed a 3rd generation mobile security solution and after an extensive tender and evaluation process, they landed on Citrix XenMobile.  The XenMobile platform was integrated to the airline’s IT systems and used to deploy internal apps to pilots, cabin crew, ground staff and management. Citrix ShareFile was also deployed to facilitate secure document sharing and collaboration.

11,000 Mobile Workers

11,000 staff use a mix of corporate devices and BYO devices for a variety of daily tasks that help improve safety, customer service and profitability.  Operational support is provided by Mobile Mentor for app wrapping, testing, deployment and technical support.  Mobile Mentor has also provided procurement, logistics, user support and expense management for the airline’s mobile devices and connectivity since 2009.
