The Mentoring service is designed to build the knowledge and confidence of your IT team for long-term success.
We do this in 3 ways
By recording every working session so we have a permanent, re-usable artifact for the future. For example, if we are making changes to a Conditional Access policy, that working session is recorded, summarized with Copilot, and saved to the shared project folder. If a new engineer wants to know why, and how, that policy decision was made, the recording is available to serve as a supporting tool, and as a training resource for new engineers.
By sharing best practices, policy documents, migration guides and knowledge base articles, we are building your knowledge base over the life of the engagement. Some of these resources will flow directly from your project, some will come from other clients (anonymously), and some from best practices and our privileged partnership with Microsoft. Essentially, we are building the foundation for you to manage the solution long-term.
By treating every design decision, every implementation task and every troubleshooting session as an opportunity to provide knowledge transfer.
