Addigy to Intune Migration FAQs

The timeline depends on the number and type of Apple devices, the complexity of existing Addigy policies, applications, scripts, and security configurations, and the migration approach. A structured assessment and phased rollout can help minimize disruption and provide a clear path to migration.

In many scenarios, yes. Intune supports enrollment of existing Macs, including through Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), and direct enrollment does not wipe the device. However, devices managed by another MDM must first be unenrolled from the existing provider before they can enroll in Intune.

Addigy policies, configuration profiles, scripts, restrictions, and other settings need to be assessed and mapped to their Intune equivalents.
