Mobile Mentor provides endpoint security and support services for the mobile workforce through the TaaS service catalogue.

In 2015, Mobile Mentor was one of the first vendors invited to join the TaaS service portfolio. In 2017, we added Microsoft Intune to the service catalogue and in 2019 we achieved TaaS Certification for Device Security.

Government Agencies can choose TaaS Certified VMware Workspace ONE (AirWatch) or Microsoft Intune as their mobile security platform, and then select the supporting services.

App distribution through the enterprise app store, release management, Level 1 support and analytics for enterprise apps. Management of deployed productivity apps.

Personal Spend Management

Separate business and personal usage for end users and cost center managers, reconcile employee reimbursements for personal usage.

Communication and Collaboration

Microsoft apps and services to improve collaboration and productivity, internally and externally. Works with Microsoft Intune.

App Protection Policies

Policies to protect data in Microsoft 365 apps and any app built with the Microsoft Intune app SDK. Works with managed & unmanaged devices.
