We are incredibly proud to win the global 2021 Microsoft Partner of the Year Award for Modern Endpoint Management. A journey for us that started 17 years ago and has many changes along the way. It is fantastic to be selected from over 4,400 Microsoft partners from all over the world and to be just one of three winners from Australia-New Zealand  .

The award was given in recognition of our work with Alive Hospice, an end-of-life care provider. Alive Hospice is a non-profit, mission driven care provider full of amazing employees who care deeply about their patients. We implemented zero-touch provisioning and helped Alive Hospice switch to Microsoft Intune for device management. Fortunately, this work was completed in January 2020. Little did we know that less than 90 days later the world would enter lockdown.

With the capability to manage devices remotely, Alive Hospice was able to quickly provision laptops for their clinical workers and tablets for their patients who were isolated due to COVID. Alive Hospice was then able to continue providing care to their most vulnerable patients in an extremely difficult and challenging time. This was all possible thanks to Microsoft Intune, which enabled all devices to be provisioned, updated, and managed remotely via the internet.

Healthcare is one of three key industries of focus for us. We believe that healthcare providers have an incredible mission and responsibility and the key to success is balancing security and productivity. We know that modern endpoint management means faster onboarding for new employees, better security for BYO devices and over-the-air updates and software patches. For healthcare providers, this means they can reduce downtime, increase security, and make clinicians more efficient.

We’d like to thank Kimberly Goessele, Joe Hampe, Devin Smith, Bryan Berg, and Daniel Wong from Alive Hospice as well as the rest of their IT team and staff. We couldn’t be happier for them. We’d like to thank Microsoft and their staff who always go out of their way to be helpful. Further, we’d like to thank the engineering team at Mobile Mentor for their excellent work and for making a difference in the care Alive Hospice was able to provide to patients when COVID first arrived.

Finally, we’d like to thank all our customers in the United States, New Zealand, and Australia for engaging Mobile Mentor to accelerate your journey to become a modern workplace. It is through our engagements with you that we make an impact.
